Contest Beginning February 1st

The first contest will begin February 1st and run through February 15th. The contest is simple. Submit your very best photo of anything having to do with the Long Trail. This could be you personally in a background scene, an object of the trail, a shelter, fall color, etc. Whatever it is that you think best represents what Vermont's Long Trail is all about, then make a submission. There will be 6 winners drawn. Each of the 6 winners will receive a $25.00 Gift certificate to either EMS, REI, or Moosejaw (winners choice) AND, your photo will be featured on the front page with credit to the photographer, for one month. Rules for the contest are as follows:

1. All photos must be at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
2. You may submit up to 3 photos per person
3. Your entry automatically gives us permission to publish the photos on the Long Trail Hiking website. Photos will not be published anywhere else, or used for any other purpose.
4. Please submit photos to trailangel@longtrailhiking.info
5. Gift Cards will be mailed within 2-3 weeks of winning announcement

The contest is now closed. We will announce the winners in the February 23rd issue of the LTH Digest and here in this thread on the webboards.
